A Great 10-Minute by Diane Andrews!
A BIG thanks to Mary Kay specialist Diane Andrews for her amazing 10 minute last week. It was a fun and interactive presentation! Diane gave us all an opportunity to smell some of the Mary Kay fragrances and to sample the microdermabrasion and replenish skin care products.
Diane also invited each of us to setup a one-to-one at her home office where she can better introduce us to the Mary Kay product line. She's got a great client book where she plans to take our "after" pictures and list all our professional information too. She makes the book available to her clients outside of BNI, so there's a good chance someone will catch a look at your business info while viewing your makeover photo! What a great idea for each of us to learn more about Diane's product line so we can provide better referrals to her, while at the same time taking advantage of the opportunity to be in her book.
Good referrals for Diane include women who take care of themselves and who take pride in their appearance. These women invest in quality skin care and cosmetics and make wonderful Mary Kay customers. She's also interested in introductions to women who may be interested in exploring Mary Kay as a full or part time career.

Tina McMillan selected one of our BNI members and gave a massage during her presentation! We were all wanting to get in line, but sadly, time didn't permit. I guess we need to get over to Three Gardens to see her!
Tina discussed a variety of research that proves the benefit of human touch and massage. Specifically, she stated one study showing when mothers giving birth were massaged by Doulas during delivery, complications were reduced by more than 50%. Amazing!
Tina educated the group on the wonderful benefits of massage for circulation and the immune system.
A one-hour massage with Tina is just $75 and is one of the best things you can do for yourself. She stressed that coming in to see her at regular intervals is more important than coming often. Even once per month can make a difference in how you feel.
Good referrals for Tina includes people with old injuries, stiffness, pain, or stress.

Visitor's Day a SUCCESS
The BNI Extreme Professionals visitors day was a big success! Thank you to all members who put invitation letters together, followed up to collect RSVPs, and contributed to the success of the event.
We had 15 visitors attend and several expressed interest in joining our group.
Let's make an effort as a group to follow up with these visitors and invite them back to one of our regular meetings. The group benefits greatly from new members and visitors, so please take the initiative and help us convert those who attended into new members!

Extreme Professionals New Website Launched
The BNI Extreme Professionals website is now up and running. Members, please visit the members page and review your information.
Ideally, we'd like to have all profiles complete including a photo, contact info, "60 second", website address, and email address. The photos posted were taken at a recent meeting ... and I know many of you will want to replace them with better ones! Please email the photo you want to use or see Sandy at the next meeting and we'll take a photo of you for use on the site. You can email photos to sandy@mswinteractivedesigns.com.
We'll grow the site over time ... but this is a decent start to have up and running for vistors day!
